The workshop starts at 9:00 a.m. In a local business, then at noon you will have lunch at a delicious Saucer in Malu Café Boquete where you will have options for a special menu. At the end of the lunch you will visit a specialized coffee farm where you can find out the origin of the coffee plant and explore more thoroughly the birth of a coffee bean to the final cup.
