Cancelation policy

A refund of 100% of the price paid at the time of booking will be made if you cancel up to 7 DAYS in advance of the reserved day.

A refund of 85% of the price paid at the time of booking will be made if canceled up to 3 DAYS before the reserved day.

No refund will be made if canceled less than 72 hours before the reserved day.

  3. Macho Waterfall and Ecological Swimming Pool: Protected rainforest area provided with a trail were it leads you to a nice waterfall. As you enter, it is possible you may listen or observe certain animals.
  4. Haven Butterfly Garden or Níspero Zoo & Garden: wonderful opportunity to interact with some of our endemical butterflies such as the well known Morphus. Zoo and Plants observation area (optional)
