description

On this tour, you will be able to climb to the top of the Baru Volcano with a certified guide and enjoy the wonderful views offered by the highest point in Panama. We will pass by you at 3:00 AM if you are in David, or at 3:45 AM if you are in Volcán to move to the starting point of the trek where we will embark to the top of the Volcano. On the way we can observe different viewpoints towards the town of Bugaba and David. We will maintain a good rhythm, but we will make strategic stops to hydrate and eat fruit while the guide tells us about the history of the Volcano. Already at the top, we can enjoy a panoramic view where we will see the Pacific Ocean and the Caribbean Sea from a single point. Located in the Cordillera de Talamanca, in the western province of Chiriquí, Barú Volcano is the highest peak in Panama and the third active volcano with the highest elevation in Central America.
